Konekomaru is a relatively short teenage boy with a shaved head and red-rimmed glasses.

In academic and exorcism settings, he is seen wearing the official True Cross Academy male uniform. In more casual settings, he is seen wearing a dark purple tracksuit consisting of a jacket and sweatpants. His jacket is partially unzipped to reveal a pale gray shirt underneath.
